    At Art of Happy Living, we strive to provide high-quality coaching services and a positive experience for every client. Please review our Return and Refund Policy carefully before purchasing our services.

    1. Coaching Services Policy

    Due to the nature of coaching services, all purchases are considered service-based digital products and are generally non-refundable once the service has begun.

    However, we aim to be fair and transparent in handling refund requests.

    2. Refund Eligibility

    Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

    • A refund request is submitted within 14 days of purchase, and
       
    • No coaching session has yet been conducted, and
       
    • No program materials, recordings, or digital resources have been accessed or downloaded.
       

    If these conditions are met, a full refund may be issued.

    3. Partial Refunds

    Partial refunds may be considered if:

    • A coaching package was purchased and only part of the sessions have been used, and
       
    • The refund request is submitted within 14 days of the first session.
       

    In such cases, the refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining unused sessions, minus any administrative or processing fees.

    4. Non-Refundable Situations

    Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

    • Coaching sessions have already been completed
       
    • The client fails to attend scheduled sessions without notice
       
    • Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations rather than service delivery
       
    • Digital materials, worksheets, recordings, or program content have been downloaded or accessed
       
    • The refund request is made after the refund eligibility period
       

    5. Rescheduling & Missed Sessions

    We understand that schedules change.

    • Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice.
       
    • Sessions missed without prior notice may be considered forfeited and non-refundable.
       

    6. Program Cancellation by Us

    If Art of Happy living has to cancel a session or program due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered:

    • A rescheduled session, or
       
    • A full refund for the canceled session
       

    7. Refund Processing

    If a refund is approved:

    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
       
    • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
